Safety

At Casa Della Casa, we are committed to supporting safe work practices for everyone handling, installing and cutting tiles and stone products across Australia.

MANAGING AIRBORNE DUST

Minimising Dust Exposure

Dust created during tile cutting, drilling and grout preparation can present health risks if proper precautions are not taken. To help create a safer work environment, we recommend the following:

  • Maintain good airflow and ventilation in all work areas
  • Use power tools connected to approved Class H dust extraction equipment
  • Avoid uncontrolled dry cutting wherever possible
  • Wear respiratory protection that meets Australian safety standards
  • Remove dust using wet cleaning methods or a Class H vacuum system
