Thank you for your purchase of tiles from Casa Della Casa Pty Ltd. ACN 661 316 856 (Casa Della Casa).

Casa Della Casa prides itself on supplying tiles that are manufactured to the highest quality and guarantees its products meet all required Australian Standards for tiles.

This 7-year commercial warranty covers all tiles against any manufacturing defects. If within this 7-year warranty period our tiles should be found to have manufacturing defects, Casa Della Casa will replace or refund the faulty tiles in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty is non-transferrable. Therefore, the warranty will expire should the customer dispose of the property in which the tiles have been installed. For the avoidance of doubt, subsequent customers acquire the product “as is”.

Casa Della Casa are not liable for any personal injuries or accidents as a result of slippage under any circumstances.

It is highly recommended that a small quantity of extra tiles are kept in storage onsite, once the job has been completed in case for future repairs as a result of natural wear and tear.

Casa Della Casa does not guarantee the availability of replacement tiles of same batch or colour after time of purchase.

Casa Della Casa warrants that the tiles supplied are of first grade quality and are free from any manufacturing and workmanship defects for the period of this warranty.

This 7 year commercial warranty covers the tiles against workmanship and manufacturing defects including but not limited to cracking, surface delamination, fading and warping which are outside of Australian standards.

This warranty applies to floor and wall tiles only and excludes natural stone.

Warning that this warranty only applies to tiles that have been installed in accordance with the Australian standards for commercial installation and does not cover installation, installation materials or waterproofing. For warranties relating to installation materials refer to relevant supplier’s individual warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, structural movement, damage, or defects caused by incorrect installation, lack of proper maintenance, accidents, abuse or misuse. Casa Della Casa reserves the right to determine if the fault is a non-valid defect.

This warranty excludes slip resistance due to the fact cleaning and maintenance schedules have been known to affect the surface of tiles.

Any repaired or replaced tiles shall continue to be under warranty for the remaining time of the original warranty period.

If tiles supplied by Casa Della Casa have an obvious defect, are the wrong batch or the wrong tiles and are installed for the customer, this warranty does not apply and Casa Della Casa will be released from any obligations under this warranty.

All Warranty claims to be made in writing to Casa Della Casa no later than 5 business days of receipt of the tiles and must outline to Casa Della Casa the details of the defected tiles including how many tiles are faulty, provide satisfactory evidence of the defects in the tiles purchased and provide the original invoice for proof of purchase.
