Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide from our warehouse in Brisbane. At this stage, online delivery is available across Australia excluding Western Australia. We currently do not ship internationally.

If you have a project enquiry outside these areas, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to assist.

How long does delivery take?

We’re currently transitioning to a new warehouse and updating our freight network to improve the delivery experience.

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and dispatch during this period. Delivery transit times vary by location and carrier.

Estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected freight service.

If your order is time-sensitive or required for a project deadline, please contact our team prior to ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer simplified flat-rate delivery across most Australian states and territories for online orders.

Delivery pricing is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping postcode.

Please note:

  • Online delivery is currently unavailable to Western Australia.
  • Some oversized, heavy or commercial orders may require a custom freight quote.
  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and product availability.

Why is shipping expensive to some areas?

Delivery pricing can vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.

Tile, stone and paver orders are heavy and often require palletised freight from our Brisbane warehouse. Areas further from major freight routes can incur higher transport costs and longer delivery distances.

We’ve worked to simplify and reduce delivery pricing across our online store while keeping rates as fair and transparent as possible.

How are orders delivered?

For residential deliveries, drivers will unload your order at the delivery address.

For commercial sites:

  • If you have a forklift on site, please get in touch - we can provide tailored shipping options and rates.

Who delivers your orders?

We use a network of trusted freight partners to deliver orders safely.

These are experienced carriers who regularly handle heavy and fragile building materials like tiles and stone.

The same delivery networks used for commercial projects.

Do you offer express shipping?

Due to the size and weight of our products, express shipping isn’t typically available.

However, we prioritise dispatch and work with reliable freight partners to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Do you offer click & collect?

Click & collect is not currently available for online orders.

We are working on introducing this option in future as part of ongoing improvements to our online experience.

Do you deliver internationally?

No - we currently only deliver within Australia.

How are sample orders shipped?

Samples are sent via Australia Post.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been fulfilled, so you can follow its progress.

Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your location.

What if I need help with delivery or have a specific request?

We can help coordinate the best delivery approach for your project.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

For residential deliveries, we recommend someone is on site to receive the order, but it’s not essential.

In most cases, the driver will call approximately 1 hour before delivery so you know it’s on the way.

Deliveries are made to kerbside, where your order will be unloaded.

For safety reasons, drivers aren’t able to move goods beyond this point.

Do you have a showroom?

We don’t operate traditional retail showrooms.

Our model is warehouse-direct, which allows us to keep pricing fair and avoid retail markups.

No showroom overheads - better pricing on the same materials.

How do I choose tiles without seeing them in person?

You can order samples online to see the colour, texture, and finish in your own space.

Samples are $15 delivered Australia-wide, and that cost is credited back when you place a full order.

See it properly, in your own light - not under showroom lighting.

Why don't you have a showroom?

We supply directly from our warehouse rather than running retail showrooms.

This means:

  • No inflated retail margins
  • A more efficient supply chain
  • Better pricing on the same materials used in major projects

Are these the same products used in your commercial projects?

Yes - the products available online come from the same supply chain we use for commercial projects.

We work with architects, developers and builders across:

  • Luxury residential
  • Apartments
  • Hotels and hospitality
  • Wellness spaces

Project-proven materials, now available beyond the trade.

Why are your prices lower than other tile stores?

We don’t operate like a traditional retailer.

Our pricing reflects:

  • Direct sourcing
  • No showroom overheads
  • A commercial supply model

Better materials, without retail markups.

What are “project surplus” or limited runs?

From time to time, we release excess stock from commercial projects.

These are:

  • Premium, project-grade materials
  • Available in limited quantities
  • Not always repeatable

Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Access to materials typically reserved for large-scale projects.

Can I buy if I’m not in the trade?

Yes, you don’t need a trade account to order.

We’ve opened access to our stocked ranges so homeowners and smaller projects can buy direct.

No gatekeeping - same materials, now available online.

Do you offer trade pricing?

If you’re a builder, designer or trade professional, you can set up a trade account through our website.

You'll get:

  • Standard trade pricing
  • Sample delivery covered when ordering online

You'll just need a valid ABN in a relevant industry

What if I’m working on a larger project or need special order products?

For larger projects or special order items, minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply.
